Înscrierea va începe pe data de 9 martie 2026 si se va încheia pe data de 31 martie 2026.
Înscrierea se va face prin completarea formularului online și trimiterea pe mail a acestuia împreună cu dovada achitării taxei de participare, nu mai târziu de 31 martie 2026 : www.office@frpssb.ro
Această competiție are și categorie de OPEN destinată atleților din alte țări!
Această competiție se desfășoară sub regulamentul POLE SPORT & ART WORLD FEDERATION (POSA).

Aici veți găsi toate detaliile legate de: categoriiile de concurs (amatori și elite), categoriile de vârstă, costum, muzică, modalitatea de jurizare, detalii tehnice legate de aparat (mărimea și distanța barelor; pentru aerial fiecare atlet aduce recuzita proprie atât la hoop cât și la hammock, daca nu aveți, vă rugăm să specificați la înscriere și veți primi la concurs în dimensiuni standard).
La categoria Aerial sunt incluse doar: HOOP și HAMMOCK.
Muzica se va trimite doar în format MP3, iar pentru cei care au și Video, acesta va fi doar în format MP4. Este necesar să fie trimise împreună și să conțină următoarele detalii în denumirea fișierului:
- Numele țării
- Nume și prenume
- Categorie
- Lungimea melodiei
- EXEMPLU: ROU_ RADU_Alina_JuniorA_IW_3min30s_mp3
MUZICA și VIDEO precum SI DECLARATIILE PE PROPRIA RASPUNDERE de mai jos, completate si semnate, trebuie trimise până la data de 1 Aprilie pe adresa de mail: office@frpssb.ro

This competition also has an OPEN category for athletes from other countries!
Registration will be done by completing the online form and sending it by email together with the proof of payment of the participation fee, no later than MARCH 20: www.office@frpssb.ro
This competition is conducted under the POLE SPORT & ART WORLD FEDERATION (POSA) regulations.

Here you will find all the details related to: competition categories (amateur and elite), age categories, costume, music, judging method, technical details related to the apparatus (size and distance of the bars; for the aerial each athlete brings his own props both to the hoop as well as the hammock, if you don’t have one, please specify when registering and you will receive it in standard sizes at the contest).
The Aerial category only includes: HOOP and HAMMOCK.
Music will be sent in MP3 format only, and for those who also have Video, it will be in MP4 format only. They must be sent together and contain the following details in the file name:
The name of the country
Name and surname
Category
The length of the song
